Anna Pokorska, founder of Dikanka Films
Anna Pokorska — Founder & Producer

Anna Pokorska is a producer and development executive whose career bridges international sales, acquisitions, co-production, and original content development. She began at the Odesa International Film Festival before joining leading international companies, including Interfilm (representing Warner Bros. in the CIS region), Amedia/HBO, Wizart Animation, and GFM Animation, where she worked across international sales, partnerships, and co-productions. She has also advised companies including mk2 Films, Unifrance, and Cake Entertainment on animation strategy, acquisitions, and international positioning.

In 2018, Anna expanded into production and original content development with the animated series Beastly Crimes. Four years later, she founded Dikanka Films, an independent UK production company developing feature films, animation, fiction series, and documentaries rooted in authentic stories with international resonance.

Based between London and Paris, Anna is currently producing and developing a slate of international co-productions spanning fiction, animation, and documentary. Her projects include The Night Before Christmas, an animated feature inspired by Mykola Hohol's classic tale, alongside documentary and fiction projects created in collaboration with filmmakers across Europe and North America.
